The main structure of the multifunctional dust suppression truck is modified by adding a square shaped large capacity water tank, an efficient remote fog gun system, a high-power dedicated self suction and self drainage pump, a medium and low pressure flushing and sprinkler system, and a green sprinkler anti-aircraft gun (automatic sprinkler anti-aircraft gun can be optionally installed at the front end of the tank) on the walking mechanism. Tank volume (square and round tank volume of 16 cubic meters), exempt from product tax.
Advantages

3. The secondary atomization technology adopts a specific starting turbine wind aid device to change the wind direction to form an angle with the flow direction of the mist particles, promoting sufficient water atomization.

When the droplets are ejected from the nozzle, they are further broken by the high-speed high-pressure air flow in the spray area, which gradually increases the speed of the droplets and improves the degree of atomization. The atomization can generally reach about 50-150 um diameter droplets. The supporting power is flexible, which can be powered by both three-phase 380V mains power and generator sets.
5. The supporting generator set is installed on the transportation vehicle for power supply, with flexible operation, safe and reliable use, and manual control operation.
6. Compared to other dust suppression spraying equipment, water consumption can be saved by 70% to 80% (spray guns, sprinklers), and the area covered by water mist is much larger than that of other dust suppression spraying equipment.
