Foton Navigation S1 Double Row 70K/80K Anti Collision Buffer Vehicle |
Chassis configuration: |
Chassis model: BJ1045V9AB7-26, all diesel 122 horsepower diesel engine, 5-speed manual transmission, wheelbase 3360mm, 185R15LT 8PR tires, with directional assistance, original clutch assistance, original air conditioning, 2+3 passengers, spacious and comfortable driving. |
Upper body configuration: |
The box body is made of high-quality national standard sheet metal, and the rear anti-collision buffer module of the box body adopts internationally renowned technology products with a smooth flow of 70K/80K anti-collision buffer module. The anti-collision buffer energy absorption module is mainly composed of car anti-collision buffer pad and guide sign frame. The light frame can be equipped with various sound and light warning systems such as LED screen, LED arrow indicator light, voice warning horn, LED flashing light, etc., acting as a buffer guard behind the construction vehicle. If a rear end collision occurs, a buffer zone can be constructed between the vehicle involved and the construction area ahead, which absorbs the energy of the impact through the deformation of the machinery structure and minimizes the probability of protected personnel and equipment being hit. High performance hydraulic system, capable of rapid lifting and lowering operations, ensuring safety, stability, and efficiency. |
Advantages of our anti-collision package: |
1. The anti-collision buffer energy absorption module adopts internationally renowned technology products 70K/80K anti-collision bags. It has passed the NCHRP350TL-2 collision test in the United States and can absorb the impact energy of a 2-ton vehicle traveling at a speed of 70 kilometers/80 kilometers/hour. The interior of the anti-collision buffer pad is filled with aerospace grade cushioning material. When a vehicle is involved in an accidental rear end collision, the cushioning material is compressed and deformed, thereby achieving the absorption of collision energy. |
2. There are four sets of metal curved pipes on top and bottom of the collision buffer pad. In the event of a collision, the curved pipes absorb a huge initial collision energy in advance. When the collision energy overcomes the deformation of the aluminum tube, the structure filled with cushioning material enters a deformation energy absorption state. The aluminum alloy film peak material used in the collision buffer pad will undergo controllable deformation to effectively absorb the collision energy. |
