The anti-collision buffer vehicle is mainly composed of Dongfeng Furuka F8 heavy-duty chassis and cargo box assembly, induction combination lights, anti-collision buffer module, hydraulic system, and electrical system. The anti-collision buffer module is controlled to rise and fall through the oil circuit, and is in a horizontal landing state during operation.

The box body is made of Q235 national standard sheet metal, stainless steel hinges, and adopts punching anti slip technology. The rear anti-collision buffer module package of the box body adopts internationally renowned technology products, with a smooth travel of 100K anti-collision buffer module. The X-shaped guide light bracket is equipped with LED high brightness flashing induction lights, and is composed of 28 LED lights. Through different arrangements and combinations, it can achieve three different working modes: left induction, right induction, and side induction.
The anti-collision buffer energy absorption module mainly consists of a vehicle mounted anti-collision buffer pad and a guide sign frame, serving as a buffer guard behind the construction vehicle. If a rear end collision occurs, a buffer zone can be constructed between the vehicle involved and the construction area ahead, which absorbs the energy of the impact through the deformation of the machinery structure and minimizes the probability of protected personnel and equipment being hit. High performance hydraulic system, capable of rapid lifting and lowering operations, convenient for equipment transportation and transfer, one key start function, lifting and lowering anti-collision device. When the anti-collision device is not fully lowered to the working position or lifted to the vertical transportation position, there will be an automatic warning sound prompt.
