The tank body is made of 6 - mm thick carbon steel plates, and the heads are also 6 - mm thick. The clean water tank and the sewage tank are interconnected. The tank is treated with electrophoretic paint.
2. The high - pressure part uses a PinFu UV pump with a flow rate of 215 L/min and a pressure of 22 BAR. The high - pressure part is equipped with an air - blowing anti - freezing device. It is equipped with a 60 - meter - long, 19 - mm inner - diameter double - layer high - pressure hose. The hose reel is a hydraulic reel installed on the rear head of the tank, which can hydraulically retract and extend the hose. The rest are standard configurations. It is driven by a power take - off.
3. The sewage suction pump is a French HIBON 822 (original imported Roots blower HIBON VTB822.XL), driven by a power take - off. The flow rate is 4635 cubic meters per hour. The tank is a fully sealed pressure tank with strong suction, capable of sucking sewage with a high content of impurities such as sewer sludge. The tank can be lifted. It is equipped with a hand - washing device, a rear self - draining outlet, a sewage - viewing window, and a pressure gauge. There is a platform on the top of the tank. The clean water tank inlet is a water truck filling port (with a ladder at the filling port). There is a 150 - mm sewage discharge port at the rear, and a spherical sewage - viewing window at the rear.
4. The tank is equipped with a front - mounted hydraulic lifting jack and a two - stage cyclone filter. There is a hydraulically rotating boom on the top of the tank, with a 12 - meter - long, 150 - mm sewage suction hose installed, which can be controlled remotely.
5. A Canadian OMEGA sewage circulation system is installed, all of which are electrically controlled operations. High - pressure flushing and sewage suction can be carried out simultaneously. (It can recycle sewage into impurity - free water for cleaning functions.)
